New Patient Forms- Online
An excellent way to manage your staff's resources is to offer new patient forms online. Patients can go to your website, and either download your new patient form via Adobe PDF OR even better yet we can install a web form on your website. Patients can enter their information via a secure web page (SSL like Amazon.com uses) and then submit it to a dedicated staff email address. Your staff can then transfer the data to your Practice Management Software.
All this is HIPAA compliant and helps your dental practice operate more efficiently.
My team tells me it takes too long for new patients to complete the forms when they arrive at the office. Also, sometimes when we are backed up the paperwork seems to pile up. 
You have a new patient come in for an appointment at 9am. You have 15 minutes allotted for the patient to complete the forms. What happens when they come in a few minutes behind? What about your front off staff having to interpret the patients hand writing? What if you could remedy those two issues?
With online patient forms, when the patient calls to schedule an appointment, your staff can direct them to your website. Prodentite has two options. One, the patient can open the new patient form file (Adobe PDF) and enter their information, and submit the pdf to your office. The second option allows the patient to enter their information in a web form and submits it to your office. Both options are HIPAA compliant but using an encrypted web page (SSL) like ecommerce sites use.
Once your staff receives the new patient form via email, they can transfer the data via simple copy/paste to your Practice Management Software. When the patient arrives, all you have to do is print the document they completed online and have them sign it.
